Life at the Office: You’ve been Bratsched

According to our own Comprehensive Media dictionary, being Bratsched is defined as: The event of being played, owned, or trumped by the one and only Josh Hobratsch.

Josh is from Walburg, TX and moved to Tennessee a few years ago. He is the son of the great Dennis and Bonnie Hobratsch, and has an older sister names Jessica (aka: the virtual assistant) who is married to his brother-in-law David. He also has an older brother named Jeremy who is married to his sister-in-law Tiffany. There are four very adorable members of this family- Josh’s four nephews and niece (Caleb, Noah, Ansel, Micah, and Willow).

Previous to being our trusty Production Manager, Josh worked at Round Rock Automotive of Round Rock, TX as a car salesman (no one could ever say no to his charm and wit) and Reveal Productions of Dallas, TX as a Production Assistant. When he made the move to Tennessee, his sister Jessica introduced him to Comprehensive Media and we’ve been lucky to have him ever since.

As our Production Manager, Josh has many different responsibilities. He looks after our server, packs equipment for shoots, assists our production team at shoots, and finally backs up, labels, and organizes footage. He also purchases any program or equipment necessary to keep us working smoothly. Josh also trains any new production staff on our server software.

Outside of work, this blonde and soft-spoken Texan enjoys skiing and paint balling, as well as eating strawberries and pineapples, bacon, and ranch (hopefully not together). In his spare time, Josh likes to go to the movies and spend time with his family and friends. The two things Josh is not very fond of are terrorists, taxes, and cauliflower.

Call us biased, but Josh rocks. He’s a pleasure to work with and always has something nice to say. We love having him as part of our team, especially when someone needs a little cheering up.
